Real freedom & responsibility

We are a team, and there’s no denying that we accomplish more when we’re all working together in the same place. But there’s nothing stopping you from getting a change of scenery every now and then.

If you’d like to spend more time with your young kid(s), take the day and work from home! If you want to experience some of the world’s best powder skiing in the rockies, or surf perfect waves in Nicaragua, just don’t forget your phone or laptop.

We offer unlimited vacation days (paid) with no “fixed” work schedule, and you can work from anywhere as long as you let your teammates and superiors know in advance. But you’re still responsible for getting all of your work done, meeting all of your targets & deadlines, and attending important meetings and/or group events.

To put it plainly:
1. Your teammates will have your back as long as you have theirs
2. Don’t fall behind
3. Prevent irrevocable disasters at all costs
(ie; financials produced are wrong, hackers steal sensitive information, etc...), and

Your application
Found a position you're excited about? Apply directly by completing the short form on the ad and tell us what unique skills and/or assets you bring to the table.

Phone chat
We'll start off with a quick chat over the phone, so we can get to know a little bit more about you and see if it makes sense to move to the next step.

In-person meeting
If everything's good, you'll be invited for an interview with the founder of the company and your team lead.

Informal hangout
Let's forget business for a second and get to know each other outside the office, over coffee or cocktails.
